Technical Description

This turbo water line kit is designed for Mazda MX-5 Miata NA (MK1) and NB (MK2/MK2.5) models being converted from naturally aspirated to turbo using a water-cooled Mitsubishi TD05H turbocharger.

The kit provides the coolant hoses and fittings required to connect the turbo center housing to the Miata cooling circuit through the thermostat case and mixing manifold connections.

NA models from 1989–1997 use 8 mm / 5/16-inch vehicle side coolant connections. NB models from 1998–2005 use 10 mm / 3/8-inch connections. Select the application according to the installed vehicle side coolant fittings.

The package includes reinforced NBR coolant hoses, TD05H turbo water port fittings, application-specific coolant barb adapters, copper sealing washers, clamps, and installation hardware.
