Technical Description
This complete turbo oil and water line kit is designed for Mazda MX-5 Miata NA (MK1) and NB (MK2/MK2.5) models being converted from naturally aspirated to turbo using a water-cooled Mitsubishi TD05H turbocharger.
The kit combines the pressurized oil feed, gravity oil drain, and turbo coolant systems in one application-specific package. It includes a -4AN PTFE stainless braided oil feed line with a 1.8 mm restricted turbo fitting, a TD05H oil drain flange with reinforced NBR return hose, and the hoses and fittings required to connect the turbo to the Miata cooling circuit.
Application selection determines the engine side oil feed fitting and vehicle side coolant hose size. Early NA models use the exhaust-side engine oil port, while Late NA and NB models use the oil pressure sensor port. NA coolant connections use 8 mm / 5/16-inch hose, and NB connections use 10 mm / 3/8-inch hose.
The Oil Feed Thread Size option refers to the oil inlet thread in the TD05H center housing. Select M10×1.5 or M12×1.25 only after confirming the actual turbocharger thread.
