Technical Description

This complete turbo oil feed and return line kit is designed for Mazda MX-5 Miata NA (MK1) and NB (MK2/MK2.5) models being converted from naturally aspirated to turbo using a Mitsubishi TD05H turbocharger.

The kit combines the pressurized oil feed and gravity oil return systems. It includes an application specific engine oil fitting, a -4AN PTFE stainless braided feed line, a TD05H turbo inlet fitting with an integrated 1.8 mm restrictor, and the components required to route oil from the turbo drain to the engine oil pan.

Early NA models use the exhaust-side engine oil port with a direct fit M10 adapter. Late NA and NB models take the turbo oil supply from the oil pressure sensor location and use a 1/8 BSPT sensor tee.

TD05H center housings are available with different oil inlet threads. Select M10×1.25, M10×1.5, or M12×1.25 only after confirming the actual thread in the installed turbocharger.
