Technical Description
This complete turbo oil and water line kit is designed for Mazda MX-5 Miata NA (MK1) and NB (MK2/MK2.5) models being converted from naturally aspirated to turbo using a water-cooled Mitsubishi TD04, TD04L, or compatible TD04HL turbocharger. It provides the oil feed, gravity oil drain, and coolant plumbing required for the conversion.
The pressurized oil feed system uses a -4AN PTFE stainless-braided line with a restricted turbo inlet fitting selected for the required thread. The gravity-return system uses a TD04-specific billet drain flange, reinforced 3/4-inch NBR hose, and a supplied oil-pan return fitting. Reinforced NBR coolant hoses connect the water-cooled center housing to the Miata cooling circuit.
This kit is intended for custom NA/NB turbo conversion builds. Installation requires modification of the oil pan for the supplied return fitting. Confirm the installed engine, turbo oil inlet thread, water port thread, drain flange pattern, turbo orientation, and available hose routing before ordering.
