Technical Description

This complete turbo oil feed and return line kit is designed for Mazda MX-5 Miata NA (MK1) and NB (MK2/MK2.5) models being converted from naturally aspirated to turbo using a Mitsubishi TD04, TD04L, or compatible TD04HL turbocharger. It combines the pressurized oil feed and gravity oil-return systems required for the conversion.

The oil-feed system uses a -4AN PTFE stainless-braided line. On the return side, a TD04 family billet aluminum drain flange connects to a reinforced 3/4 inch NBR hose and the supplied oil-pan return fitting.

The turbo oil drain operates by gravity and must maintain a continuous downward route from the center housing to the oil pan. Installation requires modification of the oil pan for the supplied return fitting.
