Technical Description

This complete turbo oil and water line kit is designed for Mazda MX-5 Miata NA (MK1) and NB (MK2/MK2.5) models being converted from naturally aspirated to turbo using the IHI RHF5 VJ35 turbocharger. It provides the oil feed, gravity oil drain, and coolant plumbing required to connect the VJ35 to the B6 or BP engine.

The -4AN PTFE stainless-braided oil feed line includes a VJ35-specific 1.8 mm inlet restrictor for the correct GryphonTek oil-feed configuration. A reinforced NBR drain hose connects the turbo-specific billet drain flange to the supplied oil-pan return fitting, while reinforced coolant hoses connect the water-cooled turbo center housing to the vehicle cooling circuit.

This kit is intended for custom NA/NB turbo conversion builds. It is not the correct replacement line kit for a factory 2004–2005 Mazdaspeed Miata. Installation requires modification of the oil pan to install the supplied return fitting.
