Technical Description

This complete turbo oil feed and return line kit is designed for Mazda MX-5 Miata NA (MK1) and NB (MK2/MK2.5) models being converted from naturally aspirated to turbo using the IHI RHF5 VJ35 turbocharger. It combines the pressurized oil feed and gravity oil drain systems required to connect the VJ35 to the B6 or BP engine.

The -4AN PTFE stainless-braided oil feed line connects the engine oil source to a VJ35-specific fitting with a 1.8 mm restrictor. On the return side, a reinforced 3/4-inch NBR hose connects the billet VJ35 drain flange to the supplied oil-pan return fitting.

The oil drain operates by gravity and must maintain a continuous downward route from the turbo center housing to the oil pan. Installation requires modification of the oil pan for the supplied return fitting. Confirm the turbo orientation, manifold position, oil-pan fitting location, and available hose clearance before installation.
