Technical Description

This complete turbo oil and water line kit is designed for Mazda MX-5 Miata NA (MK1) and NB (MK2/MK2.5) models being converted from naturally aspirated to turbo using a compatible Garrett T25 or T28 journal bearing turbocharger.

The kit provides the turbocharger oil feed, gravity oil return, and coolant connections in one package. It includes an application specific engine oil fitting, a -4AN PTFE stainless braided oil feed line, a Garrett T25 T28 fitting with a 1.8mm restrictor, a billet aluminum drain flange, reinforced NBR oil drain hose, turbo water fittings, coolant hoses, and the required connection hardware.

Early NA models use the exhaust-side engine oil port with a direct-fit M10 adapter. Late NA and NB models take the turbo oil supply from the oil pressure sensor location and use a 1/8 BSPT sensor tee.

NA applications use 8 mm / 5/16-inch coolant hoses, while NB applications use 10 mm / 3/8-inch hoses. Select the application that matches the installed engine, oil feed source, and vehicle side coolant connections.
