Technical Description
This turbo oil feed and return line kit is designed for the 2004-2005 Mazdaspeed Miata MSM fitted with the factory IHI VJ35 turbocharger.
The kit replaces the factory turbo oil feed reference BP8J-14-270A / BP8J14270A / BP8J14270 and the factory turbo oil drain reference BP8J-14-260 / BP8J14260. It is suitable for turbo oil line service, oil leak repair, turbocharger removal, or replacing aging factory oil feed and return components on the original MSM turbo setup.
The oil feed side uses a 4AN braided PTFE line with stainless steel outer braid and a VJ35 turbo inlet banjo bolt with 1.8mm restrictor. The oil return side uses a high-temperature reinforced NBR oil drain hose with billet drain flanges, clamps, gasket, and required mounting hardware.

Technical Installation Note
This kit uses a thick-profile engine-side oil drain flange. For proper installation, the original shorter factory block-side bolts must be removed and replaced with the supplied extended bolts.
Do not reuse the shorter factory bolts with the thicker engine-side drain flange. The supplied extended bolts are included to provide the correct hardware length for this installation.
