Technical Description

Complete exhaust manifold mounting hardware kit for Mazda MX-5 Miata NA and NB models with 1.6L B6 or 1.8L BP engines. The kit replaces the studs and nuts used to secure the exhaust manifold to the cylinder head.

Suitable for exhaust manifold servicing, header installation. Each stud is manufactured from heat-treated S35C steel with a phosphate finish and incorporates a 5 mm internal hex for controlled installation.

  • Complete Hardware Set: Includes all nine studs and nine flange nuts required for one cylinder head to exhaust manifold connection.
  • Heat Treated S35C Steel Studs: Manufactured from heat treated carbon steel with a phosphate surface finish for use in the exhaust side environment.
  • 5 mm Internal Hex Tip: Allows each stud to be positioned with a hex key without using the double nut installation method.
  • Copper Plated Top Lock Flange Nuts: Combine a flange bearing surface with a mechanical locking section for the exhaust manifold connection.
