Technical Description

This exhaust manifold and turbo stud nut kit is designed for Ford Territory Turbo, Ghia Turbo and FPV F6X SY / SY II models powered by Barra 4.0L 245T or 270T engines. Five selectable configurations are available for the exhaust manifold, turbo inlet and turbo outlet mounting points.

Exhaust-side fasteners are repeatedly exposed to heat cycling, vibration and corrosion. Reusing damaged studs or nuts after manifold or turbo removal can make installation difficult and may reduce the clamping load at the mating joint.

Each selected kit uses heat-treated S35C steel studs with a phosphate finish and an internal hex drive for easier installation. Copper-plated top-lock flange nuts provide a mechanical locking action suitable for high-temperature exhaust-side connections.
