Technical Description
Standard 1HZ blocks lack factory return ports, making efficient gravity drainage critical for turbo longevity. Any backup in the drain path causes oil to force past turbo seals, which is a major risk given the high oil volume handled by the Super HX30W. This kit uses a 3/4" high-flow NBR hose that decouples the turbo from 1HZ engine harmonics. It prevents vibration-induced cracks common in rigid pipe setups and ensures a clear, unrestricted path back to the sump.
- 3/4" High-Flow Hose: Large internal diameter ensures rapid oil return. It prevents oil backup and blue smoke at idle.
- Harmonic Defense: NBR rubber construction absorbs 1HZ diesel vibrations. It stops the return path from fatigue cracking during heavy engine loads.
- Aluminum Drain Flange: CNC machined specifically for the Holset Super HX30W housing. Provides a flat, zero-leak mating surface.
- Stainless Clamps: Maintains consistent clamping force under extreme thermal cycles. Stops leaks at the hose connections.
