Technical Description

This turbo oil feed and return line kit is designed for Toyota 1HZ diesel engines using Holset HX30 or HX35 turbochargers.

For 1HZ N/A to turbo conversion builds, the oil feed source and oil drain routing must be set up correctly. This kit provides the main oil-side components required for the conversion, including a 4AN PTFE stainless braided oil feed line, 3/4" NBR oil drain hose, no-restrictor oil feed fittings, 1/8 BSPT T-fitting, Holset oil drain flange, gaskets, and clamps.

The included T-fitting allows the turbo oil feed to be taken from the factory 1/8 BSPT oil pressure port while retaining the original oil pressure sensor. The no-restrictor oil feed setup is suited for Holset HX30 / HX35 turbo applications.
