Technical Description

Standard 1HZ blocks lack factory return ports, making efficient gravity drainage critical for turbo longevity. Any backup in the drain path causes oil to force past turbo seals. This kit uses a 3/4" high-flow NBR hose that decouples the turbo from 1HZ engine harmonics. It prevents vibration-induced cracks common in rigid pipe setups and ensures a clear path to the sump, which is essential for the high-volume oiling requirements of the G25.

  • 3/4" High-Flow Hose: Large internal diameter ensures rapid oil return. It prevents oil backup and smoke at idle.
  • Harmonic Defense: NBR rubber construction absorbs 1HZ diesel vibrations. It stops the return path from fatigue cracking.
  • Aluminum Drain Flange: CNC machined. Provides a flat, zero-leak interface.
  • Stainless Clamps: Maintains consistent clamping force under thermal cycles. Stops leaks at the hose connections.
